Is VETXPLANATION a vet?
No. It explains your pet's records in plain language and helps you get ready for visits, but it doesn't diagnose or treat, and it never replaces your veterinarian. In an emergency, call your vet or an emergency clinic right away.
Is my pet's information private?
Yes. Your records stay in your account, and you choose who else can see them — family members or your clinic. We don't sell your information. To explain a record or answer a question, we send that content to our AI providers, who process it only to give you the answer. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
What records can I upload?
Photos or PDFs of lab work and bloodwork, visit notes, discharge papers, prescriptions, and vaccine records — or paste the text. A clear, well-lit photo of each page works best.
How do I cancel?
The 7-day trial needs no credit card, so there's nothing to cancel if you don't subscribe. If you do, cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription with one tap; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
